Bringing some colours into this gloomy day! One pan Cajun chicken sausage and veggies roast 🥦🌶 easily whipped up in half an hour, perfect for post workout home dinners.

Step ☝🏻: chop up sausage + veg (bell peppers, broccoli, long beans and mushrooms for me)
Step ✌🏻: line baking tray, lay out the chopped goods and drizzle olive oil + Cajun seasoning + black pepper
Step 3: bake at ~200C for approx. 20 minutes or till veggies are cooked (I like them a little softer so I leave it in for longer like 25 mins)
Step 4: makan! 🍴😋
